Founded in 2009, Shane has led the company from start-up to a leading Mobile IT Systems Integrator with over 100 Enterprise Customers.
With 20 years’ experience in the Enterprise IT Mobility, Shane has held a number of Senior Management roles, including 10 years at Sirocom Ltd where he transformed the Enterprise Mobility Business Unit from a tactical small business into a £10M+ Managed Services Provider.
As CEO Shane’s aspiration is now for Mobliciti to become the leading provider of Managed Mobility Services in the UK.

Chief Technology Officer
Andy joined Mobliciti in June 2015 as the Operations Director, responsible for Customer Support, Engineering, Project Management and Internal Operations and Systems and has most recently transitioned into the role of Chief Technology Officer. His previous role as Global Head of Mobile Engineering at HSBC meant that Andy was responsible for 70,000 Smartphone and Tablet devices globally. He also implemented the first BYOD and managed iPad solutions into HSBC.

Non Executive Director
Simon was the CEO and founder of Sirocom Ltd, a network communications provider which was sold to Azzurri Communications in 2006. He then came on to join Mobliciti as co-founding Director in 2009 and brought a wealth of industry and entrepreneurial experience to the board. Simon also currently holds board directorships at ITC Secure Networks Ltd, Enablis Pty (Australia) & Medline Scientific Ltd.

Chief Financial Officer
Ian joined Mobliciti in February 2017 as Chief Financial Officer, responsible for Finance, Legal and HR. He has held CFO positions for the past 20 years in IT and managed services companies, and has previously worked with Simon Rogan and Shane Taylor as CFO of Sirocom, and more recently with Simon as CFO of ITC Secure Networking.

Office and Finance Manager
Rachel has played a key role in Mobliciti’s growth since she joined the team in 2013. With full responsibility for the management of Mobliciti’s financial processes and commitments, office and HR Rachel is the lynchpin of the organisation!
“In addition to my full-time role at Mobliciti, I am currently studying the AAT Level 4 Diploma in Accounting. Once I have successfully completed my Diploma, in July 2016, I intend to continue my studies in Financial Accounting with the ACCA in order to aid my career development within Mobliciti.”
Inside Sales Manager
Ashley joined Mobliciti in July 2010 as an Inside Sales Executive. Six years on and today he runs our Strategic Accounts business whilst also managing the Inside Sales Team. From his time with Mobliciti, Ashley brings a wealth of experience in dealing with our highly regulated, Global client base.

Senior Account Manager
Fiona joined Mobliciti in February 2017 and brings with her a wealth of experience in strategic account management. She is responsible for managing the needs of Mobliciti’s larger customers and more complex deployments.

Lauren joined Mobliciti in February 2017 and brought with her over 5 years’ experience from end-user facing businesses’ within the credit, payroll and IT industries. She has responsibility for designing and delivering the Marketing strategy for Mobliciti in-line with the company goals.

Network Operation Centre Manager
Chris joined Mobliciti in 2010 as IT Support Manager and brought with him over 9 years’ experience. Since then, Chris has transformed Mobliciti’s Support Team into a formidable and experienced group of Mobility experts. Committed to providing outstanding service to our clients and ensuring they’re maximising the full potential of the technologies we provide is what makes Chris tick!

Joel joined Mobliciti in 2009 and has almost 25 years of SMB, Enterprise Networking and IT Security experience. Over the years, Joel has witnessed many of the IT challenges organisations face first-hand as they adjust to the changes Mobility has brought to how they do business. Having worked with both Shane and Simon in the past, Joel was eager to get his teeth into a role where Secure Mobility was the core focus. Joel has been at the heart of Mobliciti’s growth and has seen the ‘Mobile-First’ landscape grow at an unprecedented rate over the past five years.

Terry joined Mobliciti in 2016 and brings over 20 years of experience in customer advocacy to the team. Working closely with Mobliciti’s customers, Terry is an Adaptable Service Delivery / Operations professional with a proven track record in Service, Delivery, Operations and Transition Management. He has full responsibility for ensuring SLA’s and KPI’s are delivered and exceed expectations for our clients. Terry is always seeking customer feedback to ensure that we are continuously improving the service we provide.
